a kind reminder to be present in and curious about our amazing bodies

  • In session one we work to free the superficial fascia that envelops the chest; generating lift and increased mobility throughout the torso. This results in a more upright posture, increased breath capacity, and a general feeling of wellbeing

  • By extensively working the feet and lower legs clients gain a greater sense of grounding with the earth along with a sense of lightness and increased walking efficiency. This session establishes a stable foundation to build upon throughout the series

  • This is the first session we go deeper into the fascia of the body. By lengthening the body from its sides we help to balance it front to back paying special detail to the lower back, and shoulders

  • The core sessions focus on freeing the pelvis from below, front and back. We work to lengthen the center line, or core, that runs vertically from the medial sole of the foot to the top of the head. The client will gain greater balance and freedom of movement

    Includes external pelvic floor work

  • Releasing the muscles of the neck, face and head makes session seven one of the most powerful. We work to align the head over the body to be vertically optimized. This session can be great for clients who experience headaches, fatigue and TMJ

    Includes intraoral and intranasal work

  • Integration is the sensation, feeling, and action of wholeness. These final sessions are designed to facilitate new neural connections by working into and across joint structures. The client is encouraged to explore all movement options available to them to help fully integrate the work throughout their entire body

    Sessions 8-9: Integrate lower and upper body

    Session 10: Integrate “wings” - hands & arms, shoulders & back

    Session 11: Full body integration of joints to help reset proprioception
