* I am considered an Out of Network Provider for insurance companies.
However, if your insurance covers Out of Network providers, I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement.
If your insurance company requests a Superbill, you will first need a referral from your doctor
* HSA and FSA debit cards are accepted
* Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice are subject to a $50 fee
* No-shows are subject to the full session fee
